1. What are the packages and products you offer and what is the cost?
We offer a variety of packages , digital specialty items and graduation frames. For a complete menu of our products and services, click on the above links. When you are ready to place your order, use our order form and either call, fax @ (530) 758-3686 or mail your order in to our studio
2. What if I don’t know which session to choose?
Read the description of each session and ask yourself whether you want to be photographed in just CAP & GOWN: Basic Session, C&G and another outfit: Silver Package or C&G, two other outfits or C&G, another outfit and get pictures with a friend: Platinum Package.
Remember you can always upgrade at your session.NEW for 2011:

3. Do I have to have an appointment?
Yes, appointments are necessary. We make exceptions to this rule when we are on campus in June during cap & gown pick up.
4. How do I view my portraits?
Proofs will be available for viewing 5 business days after session. They can be picked up at the studio or mailed for no additional cost. Your images can be posted online within 48 hours of your session for an additional fee.
5. What if I have an appointment and can’t make it?
Please email the studio as soon as you know @ gradfair2011@aol.com. Please put in the subject line:
“Gradfair Appointment Change request”. The studio will contact you to reschedule your appointment. Your session fee is transferable to the rescheduled appointment as long as you reschedule your appointment within 30 days of your original appointment. There is a $5 processing fee if you want to cancel your appointment once you have made it. After that, your session is non-refundable.

6. Will the session prices change in the studio?
No, your session price will remain the same. Your session price will change in the studio only if you upgrade your session to a silver or platinum session or !Artsy Session. Read more about this new session question 12 in this section.
7. Is digital retouching available?
Yes, please add $15.00 to your order for basic retouching, which includes blemishes and clothing corrections. For extensive retouching, such as, stray hairs, clothing, or glare please add $20.00. Combination retouching is available for $25.00, and includes both basic and extensive retouching features.
8. What is the turnaround time for my portraits?
Your portraits will be mailed first class in 10 business days. Please add 15% for rush orders which will guarantee your portraits in five business days.
9. How do I SAVE on my graduation portraits?
Come to the Gradfair on Campus and spin the “Aggie” wheel to win valuable coupons for discounted services and products OR book your graduation portrait session during Gradfair on campus and receive a 10% voucher towards your portrait order.
10. Will a cap and gown be provided?
Yes, a black cap and gown will be provided with the appropriate tassel, UC Davis appreciation stoll, diploma cover and scroll. For Masters and PhD candidates, the studio has purchased a black full length gown with the University of California colored hood and doctorate cap with tassel.
11. Can I order my images online?
No, not at this time. For package ordering and digital specialty items, please download a menu of items and an order form. You can then place your order via phone, fax, or mail.
12. What is the !Artsy Session/Package?
NEW this year: 90 minute studio and location session! Images are created around your UC Davis experience. Up to five outfits and locations of your choice. Roommates and friends invited and pets are welcome. Two different images chosen by the studio will be artistically rendered and printed as an 11×14 and 8×10. In addition package ‘D” of your favorite C&G pose is included. Add a DVD of all images in full resolution with usage rights is available for an additional fee.
